SOBENY IMPALA HOTEL, Miami Beach – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, equipped with great amenities like a coffee machine, wifi, and air conditioning. The common door with the next room was a bit odd, but overall a wonderful experience.

The hotel has a great location, just one block off the beach and close to South Beach activities. The rooms were a bit dark and oddly decorated, but spacious with decent bathroom facilities. Some minor odor was present upon arrival. The service was mostly great, with two Spanish lady housekeepers ensuring fresh towels, although one staff member seemed more focused on a computer. The dining experience was not enjoyable, leading us to opt for alternatives. The location is fantastic, with many nearby attractions, though labeled a 'value deal. '

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The service, however, was excellent and went above and beyond to address issues promptly. The location felt like a villa in Italy, though there were minor noise concerns. Dining was satisfactory with delicious breakfast but slightly expensive. Overall, a mixed experience with notable ups and downs.
